    WARRANTY POLICY

    PT. DWI ANGKASA warrants its repair and test service to be free from defects in workmanship, provided however, that company’s liability shall be limited to test, repair or replacement of any parts installed by company which may be damaged as a result of such defect.
    150 hours flight time or 3 months from the date of delivery whichever occurs first.
    Is limited to re – test of such component only. If original test results are confirmed, warranty will be denied, a test free shall be charged.
    The obligation of company under this warranty is only effective when the following terms and conditions are met :
    • That upon inspection by company it shall be disclosed to its satisfaction that the component is actually defected.
    • That unit has not been repaired or altered outside safety, operation or efficiency and has not been misused, neglected or damaged by accident or element.
    • Company is notified for any defect within 10 (ten) days of discovery there of and prior to expiration of appropriate warranty period. Any warranty work must be performed is company’s shop. Unit be returned freight prepaid within thirty (30) days.
    • Company obligation, under these warranties are conditioned on buyer’s obligation to maintain records which will accurately reflect maintenance performed on the equipment and establish unsatisfactory condition of the equipment.
    • Company shall not be responsible for cost or removal and installation of said equipment.
    • Mishandling, misused or in proper storage by customers.
    • Other caused by customer which will affect to unairworthy the articles.
    • Warranty seal is broken.
